The Frate Sole Foundation marks out the architects Daniel Bonilla for the Porciuncola de la Milagrosa chapel and the Los Nogale's school chapel in Colombia and Victor Trahan for the Holy Rosary Church in Louisiana, USA, for the strong poetical quality of the space obtained with the wise use of the light phenomena, the employment of the materials and the purity of the composition.

Mention

The Frate Sole Foundation recognizes and attributes a Mention of Merit to the Austrian architect Ottokar Uhl for the commitment of his life, profuse in the study of the liturgical space, on the wake of the great masters of the liturgical movement of the past century. His realizations are an example of intense search in order to the participation of the assembly to the liturgical action in conformity with the dictate of II Vatican Council. In them is explicit that spiritual tension able to express with transparency and force the truth of the celebration moments, favouring with essential and recognizable ways the live and perceivable participation to the "Christian mystery of the salvation".
